Wordpress plugin - How to update filter rules?

Hello,

I am using wordpress 2.5.1 and WPIDS plugin 0.1.2 (with PHPIDS v0.4.7) on my site. It works alright, but I wonder is there any particular way to update the filter file. I simply overwrote the filter rules with the latest default_filter.xml but since then, nothing apperas when I type my domain name in the browser (I had to revert to the old filter file). Anyone please let me know how to update filter rules in Wordpress plugin?

I personally didn't tested it currently on WordPress 2.5.1, but normally it should work fine just by overwriting the old file. So a simple overwritting of the latest one with the old one did work to get it working again? That would lead me to the guess that there's a problem with the Filter_ruleset/file itself as there's no change within the Ruleset Structure, as much as I know, nor is there a newer Version of PHPIDS out who brought some changes in that area. Could you test it with the latest one, and report if the problem is still existent? If so I'll take a look into it.
