PhBad Behave is a spam blocking solution for phpbb2, based on Bad Behavior.
The best thing on it is that it doesn't just mark the spam as spam, it does prevent spamming by blocking the spammer to access your site already.
The Package includes the latest Bad Behavior files as well as a Administrator backend for phpbb2.
All instructions are included within the package, but more info will also follow on this site.

You're using components which create their own wpdb-class instance and after them no component which access a database is working right. And just return this kind of Error: Table XYZ doesn't exist.
Or you create your own widgets and/or components and you don't want to put at the of your code this kind of line:
$mywpdb=new wpdb(DB_USER,DB_PASSWORD,DB_NAME,DB_HOST);
